Dear Valued Patient,
After much consideration Wilmington Audiology Services has decided to temporarily close our office to all non-urgent appointments until further notice, due to the rapid spread of coronavirus. Our priority has and will remain the health and safety of our patients and staff.
If you are experiencing a problem with your hearing aids, please call our office and leave a message if no one answers. We can remotely check the voicemail and will return your call within 2 business days to set up a time to meet you in the parking lot to take just your aid into our office work on it and bring it back to your car. This is to minimize contact and do our part in social distancing while still helping you. If you need supplies, we can mail them.
If you have recently had a hearing test with us and the quarantine with family has brought to light more than ever that you need hearing aids please reach out to our office, leave a message and we will call you back to set up a phone consult with one of our licensed audiologists.
If you recently purchased a hearing aid and are having problems with programming reach out to us! We have implemented our take on telemedicine and for some manufactures we can connect to your aids remotely and make adjustments!
We are remaining very hopeful that this will pass soon. If you would like to make an appointment for the end of April or beginning of May with the understanding due to government regulations it may get rescheduled, we would be more than happy to do so!
Please stay safe, stay home and do your part to stop the spread so we can see you all back as soon as possible. Be kind to each other and yourself during this time, we will get through this!
